At Elektra Group we feel we must make an effort to improve our management ability every day, taking care with every one of the processes that will affect the service, and adapting to the most innovative management systems without losing sight of the most consolidated systems in services companies. Along these lines, in 1998 we started a collaboration as an AENOR-certified entity, that is still maintained and whose results are shown in the following table.
